Delivery
We deliver to all South African addresses and offer pick-up by prior arrangement. Please contact us to schedule a convenient collection time, subject to availability. For international deliveries, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Delivery
Charges
Shipping is R60 for locker-to-locker, R80 for door-to-door delivery within Gauteng, and R100 for door-to-door outside Gauteng. Delivery is free on orders over R500.​

Lead Time
Your items are designed, printed and packed to order, so please allow for 3 - 5 working days from payment until we send it off to you. Please contact us if you require a rush-order - we are always happy to help!
Your order will generally take 2 - 3 days to be delivered, depending on your location. You'll be notified every step of the way so you can track the status of your order.

Tracking
We ship all orders using reliable couriers, chosen based on availability. After dispatch, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a waybill number for tracking. If you experience any issues, feel free to reach out to us.
Returns & Refunds
We're sorry to hear that you may not be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should this be the case, you will have 14 calendar days to either exchange the item for any other product of the same value, or request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
